When is it time to retreat?

When is it time for a retreat?

When you feel tired when you get to work.

When you are irritated by offering care to your patients for a change.

When you do not have fulfillment in providing care to your care receiver.

When you want to bring your patient home with you and cannot release from work.

Care giving may be your gift but you can run out of the essential resource to continue offering care.   You could be out of energy but don't know it.  You may be experiencing compassion fatigue from offering 'Life on Life' care.  You may be having symptoms of Moral Injury without knowing.

There is a way to overcome the devastating affects of this real problem.  Take a retreat.

Taking a break from your tasks as a care giver is important for your health, physical, mental and emotional.  Being able to find a place to renew is difficult because our world rewards progress and activity.

The ACGR is designed to offer professional care givers a place to grow learn, reflect and renew their spirit so they will be effective in caring for their care receiver.

Come to the Out of this World Retreat, Meet and Greet
